Psychotherapy is unique to each person, so we ensure it is set in a safe and empathetic environment.
Individual Psychotherapy: The goal of our individual counseling sessions is to help you function at your best. We aim to help you attain more of a complete understanding of yourself; develop skills for improving relationships; find new ways to cope with stress and anxiety; improve communication skills; break negative and self-destructive behavior patterns; increase life satisfaction; and increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
Family Therapy: Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy which involves all members of a nuclear family or stepfamily and, in some cases, members of the extended family (e.g., grandparents). The goal of family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment.
Group Therapy: Group Therapy can be a powerful way to work through interpersonal issues related to your past, present and future. Psychotherapy Groups function as a microcosm of the real world. A safe, confidential group therapy environment can provide the space to allow you to work through issues which may hinder personal development. Group Therapy allows participants to observe others in the group, receive valuable feedback, and benefit from social interactions. Hearing how other people have dealt with their own or similar issues can help you understand your own predicament.
